We, both originally from Nepal and now based in Stockholm, have dreamed of opening a Himalayan-inspired restaurant for years. Despite our busy lives taking us in different directions—Pardip running a successful restaurant in Uddevalla and Prakash working as an operational head for food startups—our passion for creating something special in Stockholm never faded.
Finally, the stars aligned. Pardip sold his thriving business, Prakash left his job, and *Rara* was born!
With Pardip’s culinary experience from around the globe and Prakash’s expertise in crafting cocktails and managing top bars, creativity is in our DNA. Together, we’ve blended our knowledge to create Rara—a vibrant cocktail bar with Asian-inspired dishes. It's your go-to spot for inventive cocktails, fine wines, locally sourced beers, and bold, exciting flavours.
